My journey started a few years ago when I decided the way I was eating would not be beneficial for the long run.
It was a long transition but working with Alyssa on my diet was the final missing piece. I have never been overweight but I wanted to feel good inside and out! Alyssa helped me find creative ways to eat food that I did not think of as so good before.
I began eating vegetables and understanding why they were so important as after a few days of following Alyssa meal plan I felt amazing and full of energy. I have learned how to eat properly and how that feeling beats any cravings I have! I have learned to feel as though some treats just are not worth it.
The mental strength I have developed through this process is something that has transformed the way I see good and nutrition.
