PANCAKE TUESDAY – Basic Fit B*tch Cooking

As you may know, I’m wouldn’t place any one of my talents in the Kitchen.

BUT in the spirit of Pancake Tuesday, I’m going to do my best to whip up some tasty & protein filled recipes for you!

Here are the recipes:

Nut Butter Protein Pancake

1scoop Protein Powder (vanilla or chocolate is best here)

3 egg whites

1/4cup Water

1tbsp nut butter (natural peanut butter in my case)

1 Splenda packet or Stevia

macros: 1.3g Fat, 3.6g Carbs, 35g Protein


Oatmeal Pancakes

1cup quick oats

1scoop Protein Powder

3 egg whites

1/4c water

1/2tsp cinnamon or to taste

2 splenda or stevia packets

1.5tsp baking powder

macros: 8g Fat, 57g Carbs, 45g Protein


Blueberry Protein Pancakes

1scoop Protein Powder

1/2c egg whites

1/2c quick oats

1/2 medium banana

1/2c blueberries

2tsp baking powder

macros: 11g Fat, 65g Carbs, 47g Protein


Basic Fit B*tch Pancakes

1/2c egg whites

1scoop Protein powder

macros: 1-2g Carbs, 56g Protein baby!!
